Voting Question: Will I get accepted to these Universities (chance me)?

My GPA: Freshmen year (4 Honors Classes) - 3.3 Sophomore year (1 honors + 1 AP and a seventh period online) - 3.5 Junior year (3 AP and a seventh period) - 3.79 Cumulative: 3.53 PSAT are 56 writing, 57 critical reading, 50 math (also, do colleges care for PSAT scores?) SAT are 580 writing, 610 critical reading, 520 math EC's: Fresh.: Cross Country and about 70 hours at church Soph.: No sports. 40 hours at church. Board Member for Fair Advisory board with 20 hours. (about 60 total) Junior: No sports. Board member again with 20 hours. 50 hours at Hospital. (70 total) I want to attend either: 1. University of Washington 2. Gonzaga 3. Oregon State University 4. Washington State University 5. Arizona State University 6. Eastern Washington University 7. University of Idaho (Ordered from where I really hope to go, down to where Im just using as a safety net almost) Feedback on any or all University chances is welcome.
