Resolved Question: Will I be able to get into a good college with my grades?

My freshmen year I had an average GPA of 3.6. Now my sophomore year it has dropped A LOT due to family issues during the year and I have a GPA of about 3.2. To me it feels like it dropped a lot and I'm worried that I won't have at least an average of 3.5 or higher when i'm all done with high school. I am also currently taking an AP class and planning to do so next year. I plan to go into my state university or Gonzaga which is a private college ran by jesuits.
